How to log an "UP" into the CRM

From you Dashboard, select the "Quick UP" Button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.  This button is available wherever you are in the system.

 

 

This will bring up your Quick Up screen where you fill out your guests information.  Certain fields may or may not be required depending on your store's setup.

Dealerpeak will find existing Customer matches based off Name, Email, and Phone number. If the systems finds a correct match you will want to manage the matched customer so that you can retain previous notes and customer data.
