Mobile App Login Process

There are 3 login paths. Each are described below.

  1. QR Code Login (auto login from desktop CRM)

  2. One Step (username + password + accesscode)

  3. Two Step / MFA (username + password + accesscode + MFA token)

QR Code Login

  1. Log into the desktop/web CRM as you normally would.

  2. Open your “settings” (upper right).

  3. Click the “Mobile App” tab (far right).

  4. On the mobile app login screen, tap “Use QR Code”.

  5. Aim the mobile device at the QR code.

  6. The app will use the single-use token to log in.

Acquire The Access Code

If you do not use QR code login, you will need an “Access Code” in order to identify the correct CRM/dealership you will log into. You must locate and acquire the “Access Code” before you will be able to use “One Step” or “Two Step (MFA)” login.

  1. Go to the login page for your CRM (e.g. “https://EXAMPLE.dealerpeak.net/admin")

  2. Click the “Tracking” link on the bottom right.

  3. Locate and remember the “Access Code” from the bottom of the “Tracking” list.

(One Step) User + Password

  1. Open the mobile app to the login screen.

  2. Enter your username, password, and “Access Code”.

  3. Upon submitting the correct credentials, the application will display the home screen.

(Two Step) Username + Password > MFA

  1. Open the mobile app to the login screen.

  2. Enter your username, password, and “Access Code”.

  3. Upon providing the correct credentials, you will be directed to the MFA login screen.

  4. Obtain the token from the text message that was sent to your registered mobile number.

  5. Enter the MFA token into the input on the MFA login screen and submit the form.

  6. Upon providing the correct MFA token, the application will display the home screen.
