Customer Merge Tool

DealerPeak has an enhanced Merging/Linking tool that will make your database consolidation process much more efficient. 

Click the (+) symbol next to the account in question. Then click the "Merge" button.

You can also click the access the merge tool like so:

Next, filter your keywords and contact information until potential matches display below.






Select 'Link Accounts' or 'Merge Accounts' once you have isolated the two accounts you wish to manage.

The final step requires you choosing what data you wish to retain from the two accounts in question.
