Furthermore
Normally a 3rd party lead would only be merged into an existing lead if:
- It is the same customer
- It is from the exact same provider name
- It was sent to the same Location
- The existing lead was created less than or equal to 30 days ago
Even when a new ADF lead is "merged" into an existing one, usually an agent would be notified that a new Vehicle of Interest was added. But, in this case, there we no vehicle attributes in all 5 of the ADF packets. So, the only thing we could get was the customer info and the comments. The comments are in the Notes pod
