DealerPeak released a new feature (FAST Access Sales Tools) that will make customer management more efficient and productive. The 'Fly-Over' will show you key details on the customer without having to open the customer profile. You will also have shortcut to commonly used actions so you can touch more customers in a shorter period.
Simply rest your mouse on a customer name to see the fly-over. You will see FAST in; advanced search, task pods, and recent customers. If you wish to disable this feature you can do so from your dashboard settings under the tab "user settings".
