Daily Checkout Report

The Daily Checkout Report is used by managers to see what has happened in the store throughout the day. Very similar to the written desk log, the Daily Checkout Report accounts for all activity in the store, including how many showroom opportunities have come in, how many phone calls were made, how many appointments have been set, etc. To access this report, you MUST  have the reporting permission inside the agents profile. It is located in the dashboard under the tab Reports, and then click on Executive to proceed to the next page:

Once you get to this page, head to the right side pod at the top labeled 'Available Reports'. From here, you can set up a date range and choose the Daily Checkout report from the drop down:

When selected, a new window will pop open and allow you to view all the information as described here:

With the Daily Checkout Report, sales managers can hold their sales agents accountable for their actions based on their use of the CRM. Furthermore, by working together, they can see areas of strength and work on those that are not as strong; thus creating more opportunites to sell cars.
