Overview

The Activity Stream pod displays notifications of alerts you have selected to be notified of by you or the agent you're logged in as.

The "Agent/Location Filter" doesn't affect this pod; it will only show the alerts you have set up.

Information

The Activity Stream Pod displays basic information:

At the time this was written it was hard-coded to only show the 20 most recent notifications.

• Date
  • This is the date/time the alert was processed. This is not when it was created.

Features

The Activity Stream pod has a number of features:

• Dismiss Selected
  
  • This allows the agent to select notifications to be removed from the pod.

• Hide/Show Dismissed
  • This allows the agent to toggle whether dismissed notifications are shown.
