Routing Third Party ADF Leads to a Specific Agent
In order for a dealer to route Third Party ADF leads to a specific agent there are two ways to accomplish this.
Routing Leads by the source
The Third Party Allocation team can be adjusted to route leads to a specific agent or team of agents based on the source that is selected.
Routing Leads by adding code to the ADF
Third Party Leads can also be routed to a specific agent using an additional <salesperson> node within the ADF itself. This means the dealer would need to reach out to the Third party provider and ask them to add this to the ADF being sent to the CRM. When choosing to add the <salesperson> node to the ADF, leads will be routed based on either the DealerPeak Agent ID or the DMS Agent Number.
by DealerPeak Agent ID the node <id source="DealerPeak"> will need to be added followed by the Agent's DealerPeak Agent ID as shown below. (Note: when using the DealerPeak ID the system will search for that agent Enterprise wide regardless of which ADF address the lead was sent to)
Each user's agent ID can be found by clicking into that agent's DealerPeak profile as shown below.
by DMS agent number the node <id source="DMS"> will need to be added followed by the agent's DMS ID number as shown below (Note: when using the DMS ID number the system will only search for DMS numbers of agents based out of the location the ADF address belongs to)
Each agent will need to have their DMS ID added to their profile in order for this to work.
