Creating a Phone Call Campaign

How do I create a Phone Campaign? 

Before starting your phone campaign you will need to create a customer group(s). See: Creating a Customer Group 

When creating the campaign:

You will need to make sure each agent in the campaign has the "Campaign Calls Assigned" pod enabled.
