Creating the Email Template

Create your template with a section for the header image.

                                                                    

Create the Images


Get the LocationID

  • Navigate to Admin -> Edit Locations
  • Select a location to edit
  • Copy the LocationID from the browsers address bar






Name Your Images

Make sure the image has the proper LocationID in the name.




Upload Your Images

Upload each image to the "Images" folder under the DealerGroup (Sun Auto Group)



Double click one of the images you've uploaded to select it for the template. Select (Ctrl + A) and copy (Ctrl + C) the image path.



Insert the image into your template and open the HTML window





Update the Image Path

Change: /MediaLibrary/DealerGroup/879/Images/Header1984.jpg

To: /MediaLibrary/DealerGroup/879/Images/Header[lead_agent_locationID].jpg

Click "Update"



The image will be broken, but when you generate the template it will populate.




It will pull the proper location image for the lead agent.
