Entering a New Lead

How to log an "UP" into the CRM

From your Dashboard, select the "Quick UP" or "New Lead" Button in the upper navigation bar of the screen. Depending on your interface you will see one of these options to open a customer entry form. 

 



 

This will bring up your Quick Up screen where you fill out your guest's information.  Certain fields may or may not be required depending on your store's setup.

Dealerpeak will find existing Customer matches based off Name, Email, and Phone number. If the systems finds a correct match you will want to manage the matched customer so that you can retain previous notes and customer data.
