Click-to-Call
Our Click-to-Call feature allows multiple numbers to be set up to receive phone call on.
- Desk - This number is configured in the agent profile in the field labeled, "Telephone Number".
- Cell - This number is configured in the agent profile in the field labeled, "Cell Phone Number".
- Alternate - This number is manually entered in a popup once the "alternate" link is clicked.
- The number will be automatically saved in a cookie in the browser on the computer the user is working on.
- The automatically saved number will appear in the text area on subsequent calls and can be edited.
